Your role in the journeyAs (Demi) Chef de Partie, you'll oversee the preparation and delivery of all In-Room Dining orders, ensuring consistency, quality and elegance in every dish. You'll guide your team and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring smooth daily operations within your kitchen section.
• Training colleagues on product knowledge, preparation and presentation.
• Following recipes while managing waste and breakage.
• Maintaining clean and organized stations in line with hygiene and safety standards.

Job requirements
What you'll bring

• Creativity, a hands-on mentality and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards.
• A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Awareness of current food trends and the ability to apply them.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
