Radisson Hotel Hoofddorp has recently opened, and we're searching for an enthusiastic and service-minded Front Office Agent Fulltime or Parttime to help us welcome our very first guests with warmth, confidence, and a personal touch. With 281 contemporary rooms and the dynamic energy of meeting and events within a new launch, this is your opportunity to help shape an unforgettable guest experience from day one.What you'll doAs Front Office Agent, you'll be the first smile our guests see and the calm voice they rely on, from check-in to check-out. Job requirements
What we're looking for

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong affinity with the hospitality industry
• Comfortable using digital tools and property management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud)
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Available for a Part time or Full time role in shifts from 07-00 - 15.00 and 15.00 -23.00

Radisson Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hoofddorp is vanaf de A4 afrit 3 Hoofddorp in enkele minuten te bereiken. Ook met het openbaar vervoer is de ligging heel goed. (Bushalte Beukenhorst op 3 minuten lopen van het hotel en in 8 minuten op Schiphol) Het is een schitterend paleisachtig pand met 281 kamers waaronder 2 suites met een jacuzzi op het balkon. Het design is met veel daglicht en met blauw- en groentinten en lichte houtsoorten en een groot assortiment planten zowel modern als uitnodigend te noemen. Naast 6 Meeting & Event ruimtes, een all day dining restaurant, een bar en een goed uitgeruste gym.
