Read the information below and get excited to apply!What are my responsibilities?We're seeking an individual with excellent hospitality skills and a passion for working with people to join us in the Front Desk position. Your main responsibilities will include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest feedback, managing cash transactions, and fulfilling guest requests. As a Front Desk Supervisor by Night, you will collaborate with the Front Office Manager and/or Front Office Night Manager to oversee Front Desk Clerks during your shift. This role requires working during the day but mostly night shifts, with up to 50% of your time dedicated to the night shift for night audits. A solid understanding of financial figures is essential. •     Have previous customer service experience.
