As a machine operator at our client in Poeldijk, you are responsible for ensuring our machines run optimally. You ensure that production runs smoothly, in accordance with set specifications and quality requirements.

Your tasks include, among others: 

• Efficiently operating the machines and monitoring the production process.
• Checking and guaranteeing the quality of the products.
• Preventing and resolving minor malfunctions and technical problems.
• Identifying areas for improvement in the production process and communicating these to colleagues and supervisors. 
• Work is carried out using flowpack machines, Aweta and MAF Roda machines for, for example, net clippers/netlon/clippers.

We are looking for an operator who works accurately, is solution-oriented, and responsible, with an eye for both quality and efficiency.

• Salary between €2,700 and €3,200 depending on experience.
• We only work day shifts.
• The position is based on 5 days / 40 hours per week; working hours may vary depending on the workload.
• To ensure the quality of our products, you will work in a refrigerated area.
