JOIN US AS A NIGHT AUDITOR (PARTTIME) AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AMSTERDAM NORTH RIVERSIDETHE POSITION
We are looking for a Front Office Agent with a focus on Night Audit responsibilities. This role combines front desk guest service with important overnight administrative and operational tasks. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working independently, and prefer the quieter night hours, this is the right fit for you.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures
• Being the main point of contact for guests during the night shift, including handling late arrivals or guest requests
• Performing the night audit: reconciling the day's financial activity and generating reports
• Ensuring system accuracy for room types, rates, and availability
• Completing security checks and maintaining public area cleanliness
• Providing a clear and accurate handover to the morning shift

Job requirements
HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

• You work independently and take full responsibility for your shift
• You remain calm and solution-focused in any situation
• You are a strong communicator and provide excellent guest service
• You are flexible, presentable, and reliable

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

• Experience in hospitality or as a night auditor is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office and preferably Opera
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
