As a productionworker concrete factory, you will be part of a modern company specialized in producing high-quality prefab concrete elements. You will have an important role in creating wall- and facade elements essential for building sustainable houses throughout the Netherlands. Collaboration, openness and working safely always come first here.
This is what you will do:
- Assembling reinforcement structures based on technical drawings
- Constructing concrete molds
- Pouring, finishing and post-processing concrete elements according to quality standards
- Repairing damaged concrete elements
- Working according to strict safety guidelines and keeping the production area clean
- Experience in production or technical work, preferably with concrete
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings precisely
- Pays close attention to safety
- Willingness to cooperate and learn from colleagues
- Ability to communicate in Dutch
In this company's innovative and modern factory, 4,000 homes are assembled annually. In this way, they hope to contribute sustainably to the housing shortage in the Netherlands. The homes are assembled in several stages and at different stations within the factory. In addition to manual labor, modern technologies such as robots are also used extensively. - Salary between €2,655 and €3,260 gross per month,
