From our cozy office in Roosendaal, our local team of developers builds scalable and secure back-end systems that support businesses across industries — from logistics to healthcare and smart cities.
Despite being part of a large international company, the Roosendaal office maintains a friendly, low-hierarchy culture. We're now looking for a stable and seasoned developer who enjoys solving complex problems and building elegant, maintainable solutions — someone who wants to code, not just manage.
Your Role As a Python Developer, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining stable and efficient back-end solutions. You'll have plenty of freedom and responsibility to independently take on projects and deliver high-quality code. Together with your team, you'll ensure that Wireless Logic Benelux continues to innovate and grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing, developing, and maintaining back-end solutions in Python (Flask/FastAPI)
- Writing structured, maintainable code and actively participating in code reviews
- Working with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, including ORM tools like SQLAlchemy
- Developing and maintaining templates (Jinja)
- Using Docker and Git/GitHub for version control
- Contributing to the technical direction of the team and helping think through smart solutions
Work Location: The team operates from the cozy office in the Roosendaal region; it's important that you're willing to be on-site regularly.
- At least 3 years of experience as a developer, with a strong preference for Python
- Experience with another programming language but solid knowledge of or a strong interest in Python? This could still be a great match
- Experience with back-end development, databases, and containerization (Docker)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with AWS is also a bonus
- You work independently and take initiative, but you also enjoy brainstorming and collaborating with colleagues
- You're critical of your own work and always strive for simple, effective solutions
