Your role in the journeyAs Front of House Management Trainee, you'll support and supervise the Front Office team while assisting the management team with daily operations and strategic projects. You'll be the go-to contact for guests, ensuring every moment meets our luxury standards and exceeds expectations.Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting the Front Office team
• Handling check-in and check-out procedures
• Managing guest relations and complaint handling
• Creating authentic luxury moments in line with LQA standards
• Assisting with strategic and operational projects

Job requirements
What you'll bring

• Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week (including weekends)
• A flexible, motivated and stress-resistant mindset
• A proactive, solution-oriented and accurate approach
• A natural interest in people and cultures
• Experience in Front of House is a plus
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
