Then we're looking for you! Stayokay Amsterdam Vondelpark is immediately hiring a Front Office Supervisor.   You are...

• going to work with PMS, our reservation system, making sure our 574 beds are filled every day.
• going to solve guest issues before they even feel like complaints. Easy!
• going to closely collaborate with two other supervisors and a great team of receptionists, motivating and supporting them along the way.
• going to communicate with housekeeping, F&B, and of course, the technical team.
• going to roll up your sleeves for the occasional light cleaning tasks if needed.
• going to manage reservations, handle last-minute changes and take on supervisor tasks like you've done it all your life.
• going to act as shift leader, ensuring the front office runs smoothly and taking over tasks in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
• going to step in as duty manager to keep the entire hostel operation running as smoothly as possible when the management team is not around.
• going to share your ideas about hostel procedures and come up with creative solutions.
• occasionally going to cover shifts at Stayokay Amsterdam Stadsdoelen to support the team. Teamwork makes the dream work, right?

• as a true local expert, the best tips for our guests
• several years of relevant work experience; we would also like to learn from you!
• no problem with evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, so you can enjoy your free mornings
• as a supervising foreman, no problem with multitasking and can keep a cool head even during hectic moments
