ProfCore is partnering with a leading international logistics provider in the Venlo region to recruit motivated Inbound Team Leaders. You’ll be hired directly by the employer, an established name in the logistics industry. You are working in a modern, largely automated environment.

This logistics company also operates a branch in Maastricht, where dedicated teams work daily to ensure the efficient processing of goods for customers around the world. What are the responsibilities?

• You monitor logistics processes and oversee the operation of related systems and equipment.
• You identify deviations and make timely adjustments to keep workflows running smoothly.
• You operate and configure logistics systems and equipment accurately and efficiently.
• You balance physical tasks in the warehouse with digital work in logistics systems.
• You perform administrative tasks such as registering goods flows and maintaining accurate records.
• You ensure daily orders, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace.

Wat breng jij als Warehouse Team leader in 2-shifts in Maastricht

• You have experience in leading teams with employees from different cultures and language areas.
• You have experience in a 3PL logistics environment.
• You are willing to work in staggered (day) shifts and occasionally on weekends.
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.

• A direct contract with the employer, with the prospect of permanent employment.
• A competitive salary in line with the collective labor agreement for contract logistics, based on your experience and expertise.
• A thorough induction program, which may temporarily take place at a different location due to the completion of the new branch in Maastricht;
• Shift allowance of 20% between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., and 50% between 10:00 p.m. and midnight.
• A generous amount of free time: 24 vacation days, 4 ATV days, and 8% vacation pay.
