At this production company, you'll start as an operator, where you will operate various machines and have the opportunity to grow into an all-round operator or team leader. In your role, you will begin with the following challenges:

• Adding raw materials
• Operating machines
• Attempting to resolve minor malfunctions or reporting them to the service technician
• Ensuring a clean work environment with your team

• Some experience as an operator.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• A driver’s license is a plus.
• Good command of the Dutch/English/Polish language.

• A salary between €2,650 and €2,850, excluding future bonuses.
• 13% shift allowance over every hour.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km.
