Your role in the journeyAs Housekeeping & Quality Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for monitoring the quality of our rooms and public areas, supporting improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with both Anantara and LQA standards.Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising room and public area quality
• Supporting projects led by the Housekeeping Executive
• Ensuring compliance with brand and LQA standards
• Communicating creatively and proactively suggesting improvements
• Occasionally assisting with hands-on cleaning tasks when needed

Job requirements
What you'll bring

• Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week (including weekends)
• A flexible, motivated and stress-resistant mindset
• A sharp eye for detail and a results-driven approach
• Willingness to get hands-on when needed
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
