Your smile is the first impression our guests receive. You welcome them with open arms and make sure they immediately feel at home. You check in guests, give them information about the hotel and what the beautiful city has to offer. You will be dealing with guests of different nationalities, so your language skills will come in handy. You make sure that our guests lack nothing and with your good service you make sure that they want to come back again. You make the difference!As a Front Office Assistant, you will be the focal point of the hotel and responsible for all work that takes place during the morning and evening shifts. These duties and responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent service to our guests
• Handling questions and complaints
• Speaking to and checking in guests
• Guest check-out and financial processing
• Provide information and service to guests, such as: giving general and tourist information, information about public transportation and restaurants
• Handle various administrative tasks, such as answering emails from guests or travel agents, checking reservations and sending invoices afterward

• Morning or evening shifts, working weekends and holidays are no problem for you, you are flexible;
• Good command of the English language;
• You are administratively strong and can handle computer systems well;
• You are a jack-of-all-trades and enjoy multitasking;
• Experience in similar hotels and positions is a plus. No experience, no problem! We will teach you the ropes.

Organisation
In juni 2012 werd Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam – South met 80 hotelkamers geopend. Het hotel bevindt zich vlakbij het centrum van Amsterdam, de RAI en de Zuid-as; een uitstekende locatie voor zowel onze zakelijke als toeristische gasten. Direct naast het hotel ligt een tram/metro halte zodat zowel gasten als medewerkers het hotel gemakkelijk kunnen bereiken. Daarnaast is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid rondom het hotel. Bij Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - Zuid werken we met een jong en dynamisch team, waar regelmatig leuke uitjes en feestjes worden georganiseerd vanuit onze overkoepelende organisatie, The Vincent Hotel Group. The Vincent Hotel Group beschikt over 11 hotels en een Support Office, dit biedt jou de mogelijkheid om ook andere hotels te ontdekken of een functie te bemachtigen op het Support Office.
