You will be working with a friendly, international, motivated team and will work together to develop our full potential and ensure we all provide genuine heartfelt care to our all guest.In the role of Assistant Front of House Manager, you support the daily operations of the Front of House department, working closely with the Front of House Manager and leading a team of Supervisors, Agents, and Trainees. Your primary focus is to support the delivery of a high-quality guest experience, assist in developing team members, and help ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the department. You set the tone on the floor by leading by example-delivering playful, professional, and personalized service. You assist both front and back-of-house operations to ensure that our team members are empowered and equipped to provide excellent service to our guests. You are someone who thrives in the operation, working hands-on with your team to maintain consistency, address service challenges, and foster collaboration across departments. Though there are administrative elements to your role, most of your time will be spent in the guest-facing areas of the hotel. You serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues and act as department lead in the absence of the Front of House Manager. You'll be part of a friendly and motivated team and play a key role in ensuring that we live up to our promise of delivering "ridiculously personal" experiences for every guest.Whats in it for you?
